UK Mail Boxes Service
Thank you for your interest in our services, we have been operating this business for approximately twenty years so please be assured that we are highly professional and our staff are extremely competent.
We are more confidential than the Royal Mail mailbox service, for example, who is required to hold your actual address on file and pass it out to anyone who contacts them or requests this information. Unlike some similar companies we do not insist our clients provide ID and proof of current address. We respect our client's privacy. Our prices are very competitive compared to other companies, and there are no hidden extras.
MAIL REDIRECTION
This includes receiving mail at our address above and sending on weekly to anywhere in the world that you care to indicate. This location can be changed at any time by emailing or faxing us and of course we can hold your mail until instructed where to send it, plus free use of incoming fax and Email facilities, which is sent on weekly with any mail. If your postage bank should begin to run out we will advise you of this by letter so you can top it up, but the redirection bank will last most people some time, and includes stamps, printed labels and envelopes. If you anticipate large amounts of mail you need to contact us and negotiate bulk mail rates.We can receive both business and personal mail and you are allowed one name in each, if required (or yourself and your partner counts as the same). For anything of a more complicated nature please contact us and we will work out an arrangement satisfactory to us both.
The prices above are a special temporary reduction; once you are on at this price, you will stay at this price!

Collection from your personal Mail Box on site is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are given keys to part of the building plus your mail box key. You can then pick up your mail whenever it suits you. We will remind you if you are due to renew your fees by leaving a note in your mail box. You can also leave future payments in your mail box.

TELEPHONE ANSWERING
We can provide a telephone answering service, with answer phone back up out of hours. The number is not the same as our main contact number and will only be provided once payment is received. You will need to call us on that number to pick up any messages.

Limits on Letter size
Please note: we can only receive letters and small packages that fit through a normal letter box. We have another location for parcels, and there is a set rate of £250 for this service per year (inc £50 postage bank)
Signed-for items
We are happy to sign for any Special Delivery, recorded or courier items. However, you need to ask anyone sending signed-for items, to add "c/o London Business Services" at the top of the address, so that one of our staff can pick up your mail from the local sorting office or courier depot, if they attempt to deliver it out of hours.
Address Option
A large number of businesses use our service, and some of them prefer to use "Unit 1", 26 Cleaveland Road, etc, instead of "Flat 1", which gives it a more professional edge. Should you require this, either way, your mail will arrive safely at our location.
HOW TO FIND US
We are literally 5 minutes from South Woodford Station on the Central Line. Make sure you are on correct side of the railway (George Lane West not George lane East). Go up on the left hand side until you reach Marlborough Road (first left). This will take you round to Clarendon Road. Continue to the crossroads between Clarendon Road and Cleveland Road. Flat 1, 26 Cleveland Road is on the left hand corner from your approach. However, the front door lets out on to Clarendon Road slightly higher up.

HOW TO PAY US
Bank transfers can be paid directly into our account (or Paypal account), please contact us by fax or email for details. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque, or UK postal orders, however, you may pay by cash sent by special delivery, or courier such as DHL. (You need to add an additional £20 if paying by cheque in a currency other than sterling and you will need to check the exchange rate, with your bank, as it often fluctuates as you will no doubt be aware.)
